As the first face many see when they walk through our doors, our Hospitality Director sets the tone with warmth and care. He faithfully opens the doors, ensures a safe and welcoming environment, and plays a vital role in leading our church fellowships. With a servant’s heart and a watchful eye, he helps create a space where everyone feels at home and the love of Christ is evident from the moment they arrive.

Valentine has faithfully served in every area of ministry—from Children and Teens to Women’s Ministry—and now leads our Outreach efforts. With a passionate heart for missions and a deep desire to reach our community for Jesus, she brings experience, dedication, and compassion to everything she does.

Charity has been ministering to teens since she was a teen herself. A pastor’s daughter with a strong biblical foundation, she is passionate about teaching truth and helping young people grow into God-fearing adults. Charity is a state champion in Bible Quiz and a national vocal competition winner for the Pentecostal Church of God, combining scriptural knowledge with spiritual excellence. Her heart for this generation is evident in every lesson she teaches and every life she touches.

It truly takes a village—and in Children’s Ministries, that couldn’t be more true. We are blessed with a dedicated team of leaders who rotate Sundays and Wednesdays to teach, love, and guide our little ones. Each lesson is Bible-based and age-appropriate, designed to plant seeds of faith and help children grow in their relationship with Jesus. Our goal is to create a safe, joyful environment where every child feels valued and learns that they are deeply loved by God.

Women are her heart! Sister Cindy has been faithfully serving the women of MTPCG for many years with love, wisdom, and joy. She is passionate about teaching the Word of God, encouraging women to grow spiritually, and building strong, Christ-centered relationships. Whether she’s leading a Bible study, planning a trip, or sharing a meal, Sister Cindy creates opportunities for fellowship, fun, and faith to flourish.

An Exhorter Minister with the Pentecostal Church of God and the Men’s Director for the state of Tennessee, Rev. Tim leads with conviction and purpose. He keeps the men of MTPCG actively engaged in both service and servitude, encouraging them to grow as spiritual leaders in their homes, church, and community. Through discipleship, fellowship, and hands-on ministry, he challenges men to live out their faith with strength, humility, and integrity.
